By accessing the onewin.cash website or using any of the services One Win, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the One Win platform immediately. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the platform One Win, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not appearing on any list of persons prohibited from using One Win's services.
• Register only one (1) individual account — multiple accounts under the same name are strictly prohibited.
• Not using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access the platform.

Every member One Win are fully responsible for their account. Upon registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and your exact date of birth.
• Updating your profile information promptly whenever any changes occur.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share account access with anyone.
• Notify One Win immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

One Win will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account if you have failed to take reasonable security measures to protect it.

All financial transactions on the platform One Win is conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Direct Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all Malaysian banks participating in the FPX network

Deposit and withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
• All deposits are processed instantly (within 0–5 minutes)
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours, depending on the chosen payment method
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or eWallet used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes

One Win does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

All bonuses and promotions offered by One Win, including the Welcome Bonus, are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general provisions are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus up to RM500 is for new members only, applicable on their first deposit
• Casino Bonus rollover requirements: 20x total bonus received
• Sports Bonus rollover requirements: 5x the bonus amount at minimum odds of 1.80
• Bonus validity period: 30 days from the activation date — any bonus whose rollover has not been completed within this period will expire
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — the rollover requirement must be met first
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated

All betting and gaming activity on One Win are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in specifically stated circumstances (such as postponed or cancelled matches)
• For Sports Betting, if a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, all bets placed on that match will be refunded to the player's account balance
• Winnings from casino games (slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack) will be credited instantly to your account balance
• One win uses an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all casino games to ensure fair outcomes
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised assistance software will result in immediate account suspension
• The minimum stake for Sports Betting is RM2 and the maximum is subject to the limits set for each match

Options Cash Out for in-play Sports Betting is available subject to market availability at the time. The cash out amount offered is based on current odds and may differ from the original value of your bet.

One Win is fully committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit that you are comfortable with for any given period
• Time Limit: Set play-time reminders or automatic session time limits
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or 6 months
• Permanent Exclusion: Permanently close your account if needed

One Win reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account if:

• A member breaches any of the terms set out in this document
• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse
• A member registers multiple accounts to claim bonuses fraudulently
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions
• Required by the relevant regulatory authorities

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the one win customer support team. All eligible balances will be returned to you within 3–5 business days upon completion of the verification process.

All content on the platform One Win, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of One Win or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, republish, or exploit any part of One Win's content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted subject to reasonable limitations.

One Win is not liable for any direct or indirect losses suffered by members as a result of:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure, internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures)
• Betting or game outcomes that do not meet a member's expectations
• Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised third-party use of a member's account due to the member's own negligence

One Win reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material in nature (significantly affecting the rights or responsibilities of members), we will notify members via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

For minor amendments such as spelling corrections, language clarifications, or operational information updates, we may not issue advance notice.
